Export Success! Henan Mingheng Heavy Industry Ships Two 100 t/h Mobile Crushing Plants to Andijan, Uzbekistan

On July 10, Henan Mingheng Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully shipped two 100-ton-per-hour tire-type mobile crushing stations along with a full set of accessories to Andijan, Uzbekistan. The exported equipment features a dual-unit coordinated operation configuration, specially customized for local sand and gravel aggregates and ore crushing projects, and will effectively support local mining development and infrastructure construction.

The entire set of equipment adopts a dual-vehicle modular design, offering convenient mobility and rapid installation. It enables integrated operations from primary rock crushing to graded screening, adapting to diverse and changing field construction sites. The two units have clearly defined functions and work in tandem, capable of completing the entire processing flow from raw material coarse crushing to finished product fine screening, producing high-quality sand and gravel aggregates in multiple specifications.

The first mobile crushing unit is equipped with a feeder, a PE600×900 jaw crusher, and a single-layer vibrating screen, responsible for primary coarse crushing. It can screen materials below 60mm, stably completing the initial processing of raw stone to provide qualified feed for fine crushing.

The second mobile crushing unit is equipped with an HP300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and a 3-layer vibrating screen, specializing in medium and fine crushing as well as fine screening. It can accurately produce three finished aggregate sizes: 0–5mm, 5–20mm, and 20–40mm. The finished products have regular particle shapes and can be directly used in various engineering applications such as road construction, building construction, and water conservancy projects.
