Manganese/Tin/Chrome Ore Beneficiation Production Line

Manganese/tin/chrome ore beneficiation production line is a production system that extracts manganese/tin/chrome concentrate from manganese ore through crushing, grinding, gravety separation, magnetic separation, dewatering and other processes. According to the type of manganese/tin/chrome ore, the production line process and equipment configuration will be different.

Applicable Ores

  • Manganese Ore
  • Manganese oxide ore: Suitable for gravity and magnetic separation process, such as soft manganese ore, hard manganese ore, etc.
  • Manganese carbonate ore: suitable for gravity and flotation separation process, such as rhodochrosite.
  • Tin Ore
  • Alluvial tin ore: Tin minerals exist in free state in sand and gravel, suitable for gravity separation process.
  • Vein tin ore: tin minerals exist in the form of inclusions in the ore, suitable for gravity and flotation separation process.
  • Chrome Ore
  • Chromite: the main component is FeCr2O4, with high density and magnetism, suitable for gravity and magnetic separation process.
