Working Principle

Small Mobile Hammer Crusher

01 Diesel engine/motor drive: Adopt diesel engine (suitable for no power supply environment) or electric motor (need 380V industrial electricity) as power source to drive main crushing machine, feeder and conveyor belt.

02 Vibrating feeder: Evenly conveying materials to the crusher, adjustable feeding speed, matching the processing capacity of the crusher.

03 Crushing system:The hammer crusher crushes large materials and the output material is mixtured size.

04 Vibrating screen: Some models are equipped with multi-layer screens to classify the crushed materials according to particle size (e.g.0-5mm,5-10mm,10-20mm).

05 Belt Conveyor: Convey the finished materials to the stacking area or load them into trucks directly to reduce manual handling.
