Working Principle

01 Feeding stage: Materials are fed into the vibrating feeder via a loader or excavator, undergo pre-screening, and are then uniformly fed into the crushing system.

02 Crushing stage: Materials enter the crushing chamber of the cone crusher, where they are subjected to compression, impact, and bending to achieve the desired crushing effect.

03 Screening stage: After crushing, the material is graded using an internal or external vibrating screen. Qualified material is discharged via the main conveyor, while oversized material is returned to the crusher for re-crushing.

04 Mobile relocation: Equipped with hydraulic outriggers and a tire-mounted travel mechanism, the unit can be towed by a tractor. Relocation typically takes no more than one hour.
