Tyre Mobile Crushing and Screening Station

01 Feeding stage: Materials are fed into the vibrating feeder via a loader or excavator, and the feeder uniformly conveys the material to the crusher.

02 Crushing stage: The material enters the crusher (jaw crusher, cone crusher,heavy hammer crusher or impact crusher) for crushing. Depending on process requirements, single-stage or multi-stage crushing can be employed.

03 Screening Stage: The crushed material enters the vibrating screen for screening. Qualified material is discharged via the main conveyor, while oversized material is returned to the crusher for re-crushing (closed-loop circulation).

04 Conveying Stage: Finished materials of different specifications are conveyed to designated stockpiles via their respective conveyors.

05 Mobile Relocation: Equipped with hydraulic outriggers and tire-mounted travel mechanisms, the equipment can be towed by a tractor. Relocation typically takes no more than one hour.
